All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Authentication

Please allow 7 business days for our team to receive the item and authenticate it. For express orders, this process will be expedited to 3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Any delays during transit, once the package has left our facilities, are out of our control.

International Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping! However, please note that while we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, international orders (outside the USA) may experience additional delays. These can be up to several weeks due to customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.

This means that the delivery times for international orders (outside the USA) can be longer, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding in these situations.

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.

Damages

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
